Account deletion
Delete your FOLLO account
You can request deletion of your FOLLO account in the app or by contacting support.
In-app deletion
In the FOLLO app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. The app opens a deletion request so you can initiate account deletion from inside FOLLO.
Support fallback
If you cannot access the app or do not see that option, email support@folloapp.io from the email address connected to your account. Include a clear request to delete your account so we can route the request appropriately.
What deletion means
Account deletion generally means your account access will be removed and account information, profile information, personal activity, and user content may be deleted or de-identified, depending on the feature and our legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, and operational needs. Business posts, billing records, safety records, or content involving other users may require additional review or limited retention.
Information we may retain
We may retain limited information when needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, complete billing records, or satisfy other permitted business purposes.
Timing
We will process deletion requests as required by applicable law.
